Sel is an HR Professional, Business & People Leader and seasoned entrepreneur. Sel started her career in HR over 20 years ago and launched her first business wattsnext Group in Australia in 2007 with the vision to disrupt the HR industry and create great workplaces across the globe.
Sel launched wattsnextpx in New York in 2018 because she saw that Founders & CEOs of small to medium businesses and fast growth startups, were not effectively creating high performing and engaged teams and cultures.
Sel has developed and led her own team of HR professionals as well as having coached many Founders, CEOs and startup entrepreneurs. She is a forward thinking, down to earth, strategic advisor who ensures her team treat their clients businesses as if it was their own.
