Founded by entrepreneur Sel Watts, our Strategic HR Consulting firm was created by a business owner for business owners, with a bold vision to disrupt and transform the industry. Sel’s mission is to change the way businesses utilize HR by fostering a culture of partnership and innovation.
We break away from traditional HR practices to create a new set of rules that prioritize customized solutions, the future of work, and ongoing evolution. Founder & CEO
wattsnextpx has grown from over 20 years designing the best workplace experience for Founders, CEO’s and employees. Our Founder Sel Watts is an entrepreneur who has built and grown a number of successful businesses from scratch.Sel is an HR Professional, Business People Leader and seasoned entrepreneur. Sel started her career in HR over 20 years ago and launched her first business wattsnext Group in Australia in 2007 with the vision to disrupt the HR industry and create great workplaces across the globe.
Sel launched wattsnextpx in New York in 2018 because she saw that Founders and CEO’s of small to medium businesses and fast growth startups, were not effectively creating high performing and engaged teams and cultures. Sel has developed and led her own team of HR professionals as well as having coached many Founders, CEO’s and startup entrepreneurs. She is a forward thinking, down to earth, strategic advisor who ensures her team treat their client businesses as if it was their own.
